Our Mission
At American Ministries Church of Christ, our mission is to spread the message of Jesus Christ and serve our community. We believe in the power of faith and strive to create a welcoming environment for all.
Who we are

American Ministries Church of Christ. American Ministries was established in 2012 and is a ministry of The Living God and our Savior Jesus, the Christ and savior of mankind. Our denomination is JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED! Anything else is division. We also officiate thousands of weddings in our chapels and have officiated more weddings than anyone in Ohio since 2012. Our weddings are open to all and we hold religious and non-religious weddings. However, leaving God out of your wedding is a leading cause of failed marriages. You alone must choose God and except His salvation. No one can do it for you.
Our Beliefs
We teach the bible is the true word of God and the law. Jesus said "Love GOD with ALL your heart, soul and mind and, love your neighbor as yourself." And to hang all the commandments on those two. We believe if those two are kept, and we accept his death and resurrection for our sins, all else will fall in to place. We refuse to teach any certain race matters as Jesus was clear ALL people matter. Any change to this is sin and will be judged by God. We accept ALL that accept our beliefs. Jesus never turned away anyone. He said "Let them all come to me!" If we deny just one person due to race or some sickness, HE was clear his angles will be watching and we will certainly suffer for it. Jesus was looking to fill his church with people of all races and from all kinds of jobs, including murderers, tax collectors, thieves and many others. "Jesus told them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

We also would like to note up front that we teach the bible literally! If it's written, then it is! We hear all the time "but God loves us no matter what so we can still do these things that it's written not to do!" Our view is this, We will teach that Jesus said NOT to do it, after that you must make the choice. remember what Jesus said in Mat 25 in verse 41-46 to those who he will send off into the hell fire, they also thought they had done good! The end times preached in revelation is NOW, just read the book of revelation and consider what it is saying will happen in the end, then you will see all those things are now happening. The time of revelation has begun! The devil is real and has managed to divide the people, Jesus was also clear when he said In the Gospel of Mark 3:25, Jesus states, "And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand." Is your house feeling divided? When you watch tv do you see everyone is now suddenly divided? Then you can see it's begun! Even with covid and vaccines, politics, people have always had a choice. That's being taken away. DIVIDE AND RULE according to Wikipedia is defined as "The use of this technique is meant to empower the sovereign to control subjects, populations, or factions of different interests, who collectively might be able to oppose its rule." God created the heavens and the earth and all that is, God can and will heal and protect you. Our belief is we will die at the day and time appointed by God at the beginning. This is clear in Psalm 139:13 –16 (“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”). It does not say we will not be sick or ill, but it does mean if you let God lead your life, He will heal you, and keep you going strong each and every one of those days given to you.
As we no longer have our church building on Neil Ave, our Church services are now largely held at many locations through Tent revivals and other locations as we try to spread the word of Jesus. We also use our chapels on Busch Blvd for weddings for church members and non-church members. Sunday services are at 8am sharp every Sunday. Services times may be changing soon due to us performing so many weddings.
We also have many other services. We have outreach services and we also have wedding services. We use our facilities for weddings when not in use for church services.
